My sincere condolences to Allen, Jill and Mark - all of whose welfare and happiness was important to Bill who always strived to protect and care for them and Anne. He and I had some memorable times in working through deals he had made. I enjoyed my relationship with Bill and hope he will rest in peace and that those left behind will remember his concern, caring and love for all of them.
