Alexander Marco Spellane, age 33, passed away on August 10, 2026. He was born on October 29, 1992, bringing immense love and light into the lives of his family from his very first day.
Alexander lived life with a vibrant energy, a compassionate heart, and a deep passion for life. A driven and self-made man, he achieved remarkable success in almost everything he set his mind to, earning recognition as the world’s youngest gold expert. Beyond his professional achievements, Alexander was an excellent guitarist and an avid bodybuilder. He was also deeply committed to his values, contributing much of his time to organizations like Moms for America, PreBorn, LifeWise Academy, and Turning Point USA, amongst others.
He is survived by his loving parents, Francis Cornelius Spellane III and Gloria Ann Spellane; his sister, Ashley Rae Spellane; and his cherished children, Anthony Alexander Spellane, Angelina Emerald Spellane, and Erica Scarlet Spellane. He is also survived by his beloved nephew, Marco Elias Spellane, and niece, Rosaline Aleia Spellane, as well as a large circle of extended family members and close personal friends.
Funeral services will be held in Los Angeles at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary, with Pastor Daniel Steiner presiding. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey. Flowers for the Los Angeles services may be sent directly to Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary.
In North Carolina, a wake and time of visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point, NC. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026, at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in High Point, NC, with Reverend Baiju Paul, O.S.F.S., officiating. Interment will follow at GuilRand Memorial Park Cemetery in High Point, NC. Flowers for the North Carolina services may be sent to Cumby Family Funeral Service.
