Goodbye my old friend. What a terrific and inspiring person. I am so grateful to have known you and collaborated with you over the years. You left way to soon. As one great Rock n Roll sage once said (probably around the time you became admitted to the Bar), "only the good die young." Rest in peace. You will be sorely missed by all.
