Ruth Rosen

May 30, 1933 – December 27, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Rosen on December 27, 2020 in Carmel, California. Ruth was the beloved wife of Dr. Lawrence Rosen for 63 years, loving mother of David, Brant (Hallie) and Ian, grandmother of Gabriel and Jonah and aunt/big sister to Dorice. Ruth was born in Los Angeles, where she lived for her entire life; she was the youngest daughter of Simon and Gertrude Israel and sister of Mildred and Frances. A gifted violinist and artist, Ruth will always be remembered for her endlessly creative spirit, her sweet, loving heart and ever-present infectious laugh. Her memory will forever be a blessing.
