Obituaries

Our friendship started in grammar school. As adults we were on different coasts but we kept in touch, at least on our birthdays. Charlie was always a gentle soul, I never felt from Charlie the competition that men sometimes show. He made it easy to know him and a pleasure to know him. I liked knowing Charlie was out there, I'll miss him.
