Ralph was a good friend and a person that shared information and was always wanting to know the latest thing in medicine so he would be on top of things. I worked with him while he was employed at the State of CA Dept of Health Care Services along witih many others ( pharmacists ,drs and RNs ) and though I have been retired l5 years, I know all those who worked with him feel a deep loss as I do.
