As a Pardee Homes/Weyerhaeuser employee for many years in San Diego, I was fortunate to work with Wes during the 1980's. Wes expected the best from you but in return, he was always there to support you. One thing i'll never forget is he would always seek you out just to personally say hi and ask how you and your family were doing. That was something I always admired and proudly mirrored as my career developed as a manager and VP. After a family update, it was onto a Tony Gywnn Padres update before getting onto serious business. I miss those times and i'll miss my time with Wes.

The world was a better place with our dear friend Pauly in it. He did so much for so many over the years, all in the name of love. Our hearts are empty without you. Bless you and Karen. RIP
