Moe was born in 1931 in Israel. At the age of 16, he joined the Palmach and courageously fought in the Israeli War of Independence in 1948. In 1956, he married Sara, the love of his life. In 1962, he moved to the United States and spent many long days working and epitomized the American Dream. After Sara passed away in 2009, he married Laurie in 2013, and enjoyed theater and traveling the world. Moe was most renowned for his warmth, charismatic personality, distinctive moustache and Israeli wit.
