Obituaries

Mary was my best friend at Holiday Villa. My room was across the hall from hers so I saw her every day. I sat with her in the dining room and really enjoyed visiting with her. She was a wonderful lady - very outgoing and friendly. She had a great outlook on life and a great sense of humor. Despite the fact that she had macular degeneration and could only see shadows, I never heard her complain and she tried to be as independent as possible. Mary was very proud of her family. Her son, Alan, who lived nearby, checked on her every day and that meant everything to her. She also loved getting phone calls from her daughter in Seattle. I am going to miss Mary very much. May she rest in peace. Judy
