In Loving Memory

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Marc Allen Rosko of Redondo Beach, CA, on December 21st, 2025 at the age of 56, after a brief illness. Marc was a cherished son, brother, friend, and colleague who left us entirely too soon. Marc will be remembered for his generous heart, warm smile, and big laugh.

Born on May 28th in Plainfield, NJ, and raised in Edison, Marc’s passion was his work. He owned several Athlete’s Foot stores in NJ and NY before finding his true gift in product development for Skechers, where had a long accomplished career as Vice President of Product Development for Kids. Marc’s colleagues warmly described him as dedicated, gifted, and a class above. He inspired his team on a daily basis and he truly cherished the dedication of his team. Marc took the time to get to know everyone that worked for him. He approached life with kindness and carried himself with quiet grace that made others feel heard and respected.

Marc is survived by his mother Janet Klein (and her husband Michael), his sister Stephanie Rosko, his loyal dog Chester, and many extended family members. He is predeceased by his father John Rosko, his brother Jeffrey Rosko, and his grandparents.

Marc leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He will be deeply missed. Though Marc has left this world, his spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Let us hold close the moments we shared and the joy he brought to each of us. May we find comfort in each other and strive to carry forward Marc’s spirit of generosity and compassion in our own lives, keeping his memory alive through acts of love and remembrance.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Italian Greyhound Rescue Foundation in Marc’s honor.
