Lil the Great – Nineteen Twenty-two to Twenty Eighteen There was so much life in between…. Blonde coiffed, well-heeled, perfectly manicured Competitive, kind-hearted, wanted to be heard Dodgers, Lakers, Federer Driving, driving everywhere The thrill of winning, an old story, the sounds of laughter But lately, great grandkids’ hugs and kisses was all she was after. Loving all - Not a prejudiced bone You all - Family and friends were her home. We picture you starting your days with coffee, lox, bagels and blintzes. But, we hope you aren’t still offering to do all the dishes! At lunch, there will be all-you-can-eat corned beef on rye. And always a great hand of cards at that club in the sky. But most of all, we’re smiling today knowing you’re with Rose, Simon, Willie, Jackie, Chick, Bert, Ceil, Lou, Greta, Penny, Freddie, George and so many others that have missed you so dearly. For us still here, even 95 was too early. We Love You GG Lil!
