Thinking of you, and finding it hard to believe you’ve been gone more than five years now. You sure made this old world a lot more fun. Another summer in about one week. Where does the time go? Sure miss you, Friend.

It’s a cold and very rainy day in LA for Thanksgiving this year. Rocio must’ve gotten snow. Crazy but fun. We all sure do miss you, Fran, and we keep you with us. Happy Thanksgiving my dear friend.

Hard to believe it's been 4 years since we all were together for Christmas dinner. Even harder to believe you've been gone almost 3 years. Franny, you're very missed and remembered all throughout the year. It sure would be great fun to revisit those Nat's days if even just briefly?? Love you and miss you lots.

ALS took her voice, and physical strength but couldn't touch her sense of humor, or that eternal optimism she always carried with her. My family and I met Franny at Nat's Coffee Shop in SM 25 years ago. In all these years, I've never heard Fran say an unkind word about anyone, and she always told it like it was. You always knew where you stood with Fran:) She was larger than life, ageless, joyful, kind, funny, generous, smart and courageous. Love and miss you, Franny. xo, Wendy

Franie and I hit it off since day one we enjoyed a beautiful friendship for almost 26 years she was with me for all the milestones in my life happy times and very difficult moments as well. I will miss her dearly but I am thankful for our beautiful friendship and will cherish her memory forever.

Fran was always bigger than life. The best waitress ever and a dear friend always. Never wrote down an order and never got it wrong. I miss our breakfasts with her at Nat's and our holidays together. God bless you Fran! Lots of love, Jimmy Joe
