Ellis was truly a mensch of a man! He was my late mom's "significant other" for 10 years. He blended right in with my very large family and became comfortable with everyone almost immediately. We loved hearing stories about his youth and earlier years. Ellis and I remained friends for many years after my mom's passing. I learned so much about life from him. I will miss this wonderful man.
