Dear Sarah, Michelle, Allison, and Camilla, We're so very sorry to hear about Claudio's passing. He was such a wonderful man, and had such a gentle and kind manner and a great personality and sense of humor. He always took the time to give us updates on how you all were doing and he was so very proud of your accomplishments and your personal growth. The world just lost one of the nicest people ever. Please accept our heartfelt condolences, and let us know if there's anything that we can do for you. Again, we're so sorry about your loss and our hearts go out to all of you.
