I babysat Arnold & Dana's children in therror early 1970's. Even though I only knew them a short time, I still remember them. May he & Dana rip.

Arnie was my high school photography teacher for two semesters beginning in fall of 1967. I've been a photographer (amateur) ever since. I loved the guy and talked to him via email some years ago when I realized later in life just how important he had been to me in high school and how much my lifelong interest in photography was based in what he taught and how he taught his students. I wanted to tell him so and doubted he would have remembered me. Not only did he remember me maybe 35 years later, he recalled having me my girlfriend who I'd met in his class over to his house for dinner! While the girl and I parted company after high school, we stayed in touch on and off over the years and was able to put them in touch with each other. One of the few things I have from my high school years is my photography notebook and all the negatives and prints I made back then. I am so sorry to learn of his passing 2 1/2 years ago and only just now found out. He touched the lives of hundreds, if not thousands, of his students over the years. Thank you, Arnie, for everything you taught me and helping foster a lifelong interest in photography. As a matter of fact, I have taken a photography class at our local community college in Twin Falls, ID (where I've lived since 1994) for the past few years and mentioned you often. Hope to see you again on the other side. Chris Greene

Arnie was an AWESOME photography teacher! I learned so much from him, often getting so much more than my original question. Rest in Heaven! Kimberly Adams University High School Class of 1983
