Covid-19 Screening Protocol
To ensure the health and safety of the Hillside families we serve, our employees, and vendors, we have implemented the following COVID-19 screening protocol, effective May 10, 2021.
All Hillside families, guests, employees, and vendors will have their temperature taken before they will be able to enter the property. Any visitor with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be able to continue onto Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary grounds, buildings, or Chapels.
Everyone entering the property will be asked the following screening questions:
- Have you been sick within the last 14 days?
- Are you currently experiencing, or have you experienced any cough, sneezing, fever/chills, a new loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath within the last 14 days?
- Have you been exposed to anyone that has been sick, or tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days?
- Are you currently under an isolation or quarantine order?
To ensure the greatest level of protection against Coronavirus (Covid-19), a “Yes” response to any of the questions above will result in families, guests, employees, and vendors not gaining access to enter.
Families, guests, employees, and vendors who pass the screening will be given a colored wristband to wear for the day.
It is important for us to maintain our level of care and service during this unprecedented time. If you need additional support or information, please contact us so that we can work together to accommodate your individual requests.
Hillside’s commitment to our Hillside Family is of the highest priority. This is a commitment that we do not take lightly and is backed by our diligence in continuing to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for you.
May you and your loved ones all be safe and healthy both in body and mind.
