Covid-19 Screening Protocol

To ensure the health and safety of the Hillside families we serve, our employees, and vendors, we have implemented the following COVID-19 screening protocol, effective July 9, 2020.

All Hillside families, guests, employees and vendors will have their temperature taken before they will be able to enter the property.  Any visitor with a temperature of 100 degrees or greater must not enter the premises of  Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary grounds, buildings or Chapels.

Everyone entering the property will be asked the following screening questions:

• Have you been sick within the last 14 days?
• Are you currently experiencing, or have you experienced any cough, sneezing, fever or shortness of breath within the last 14 days?
• Have you been exposed to anyone that has been sick, or tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days?

Families, guests, employees and vendors who pass the screening will be given a colored wrist band to wear for the day.

To ensure the greatest level of protection against Coronavirus (Covid-19), a “Yes” response to any of the questions above will result in families, guests, employees and vendors not gaining access to enter.
